Jobike is committed to ensuring the app, website, bike, and services provided is as useful and efficient as possible.

Jobike is decided to refund it's user if any user claim about his money by following conditions: 

  • If a user complete a ride but can't  lock his/her bike because of faulty lock and automatically balance may cut down  , user will get refund of that unused balance which cut down for technical difficulties. 

  • If a user can't unlock his/her bikes because of faulty lock and automatically balance may cut down  , user will get refund of that unused balance which cut down for technical difficulties.
